Our Executive Search Process

  • Initiate every search by meeting client management teams; reviewing job descriptions, annual reports, company marketing data and any other source material that allows us to best represent your firm in the marketplace
  • Confirm all of our operations in a detailed Memorandum of Understanding including staffing, timing, fees and guarantees.
  • Begin research into competing or allied organizations where prospects are potentially employed.
  • Utilizing prospect lists, we begin the sourcing, identification and recruiting of likely prospects.
  • Move into the active interviewing phase.  Our general goal is to develop 3-5 key prospects per search.
  • Perform write-ups on candidates to be interviewed, and handle all scheduling and related matters with client organizations.
  • As finalists are identified, we move into our reference-checking phase, including academic verifications and other professional vetting that the client may request.
  • Participate with client and candidate during the active negotiation phase to assist in bringing matters to a positive conclusion with a confirmed start date of employment.
  • Monitor the client/candidate relationship throughout the first year.

  • We will not approach, recruit from or respond to employees of our clients until at least two years after our last completed engagement.
